Teamwork

We liaise with schools, education providers and workplaces to ensure a “joined-up” approach to maximise the effectiveness of any assessment, intervention and support. We work closely with SENCOs (Special Educational Needs Co-ordinators), teachers and teaching assistants to achieve this.

Continuing Professional Development and membership of professional organisations allows us to provide current, well-informed and responsive consultancy, assessment, support and tuition across the age range.

A commitment to Equality of Opportunity guides our work with parents/carers and educational settings to ensure children, young people and adults reach their potential and maximise their life chances.

Members of our alliance have extensive experience of working in each educational sector: University, Post 16, Secondary and Primary schools. Experience in teaching, SEN co-ordination and advisory roles across the age range allows us to provide a useful overview and advise parents/carers during children and young people’s educational transitions.
